Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and 3 Cow Vets LLC ("CowHub", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using CowHub at cowhubtraining.com you agree to them.
What CowHub is
CowHub is an online training service for people who work with cattle. It provides video lessons, assignments, progress tracking, reports and certificates. Training is educational. It does not replace the instructions of your veterinarian, your employer, your equipment manufacturer or the law, and it does not guarantee any safety or business result.
Accounts
- You must give accurate information and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Farm accounts are created by a farm owner or manager, who is responsible for the people they add and for the data they enter about them.
- Employees who join a farm through a farm code or QR code are added to that farm. The farm manager can see their name, job role, training progress and certificates.
Plans and payment
- Individual plans: Essential at $9.99 per month and Pro at $14.99 per month, or yearly at 10% less than twelve months.
- Farm plans: $199 per month covers up to 10 employees, plus $99.50 per month for each additional group of 5. Yearly farm plans are priced at 10% less than twelve months.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may exclude taxes, which we add where required.
- If a farm goes over its plan size, the manager sees a notice and approves the upgrade before the plan changes.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days of notice. A change takes effect at your next renewal.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your billing page. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. See our Refund Policy for details.
Acceptable use
- Do not share your login, copy or resell course videos, or record and redistribute lessons.
- Do not attempt to break, probe or overload the service, or access another farm's data.
- Do not use CowHub to harass anyone or to break the law.
Our content
All videos, lessons, text, logos and designs belong to 3 Cow Vets LLC or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to view them while your subscription is active.
Your data
You own the information you put into CowHub. We use it to run the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep CowHub available, and we back up your data several times a day. We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may update or change features over time.
Disclaimers and limits
CowHub is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Ending your account
You may stop using CowHub at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or are not paid.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho.
Changes
If we change these terms we will post the new version here and update the date. Continuing to use CowHub means you accept the update.
